Policy
- All villas are limited-service vacation rentals.
- No durians allowed.
- Loud noise and parties are not allowed before 10:00 hrs. and after 22:00 hrs.
- No compulsory festive dinner is required.
- Refundable security deposit of THB 3,000 – 10,000.- (cash only) is required upon arrival.
- Failure to follow the above terms and conditions will be considered a breach of the Property policy, which may result in guests being asked to vacate the property without compensation or refunds.
Please note that events and party settings on the beach are prohibited by law.
Child Policy:
- Infant (0-2 years old): Free of charge (baby cot subject to availability)
- Child (3-6 years old): Free of charge
- Additional person rate applies for children aged 7 and over.
