House is basic, well cleaned with the pool. It's simple and cosy. I love the vibe and especially location that is pretty close to get the beach with 5-min walk. Convenient, my group love it here.

Birthday trip well spent
This villa in Pattaya was the absolute perfect spot for my friend's birthday celebration! We wanted a place that felt special and could be decorated for the occasion, and this villa completely exceeded our expectations. It had a luxurious feel without breaking the bank, which was a huge bonus. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped us decorate the space for the birthday bash. Everyone felt pampered and impressed with the luxurious touches throughout the villa. It truly made the celebration unforgettable!
This pool villa in Pattaya was the ultimate party pad for our friend group of 10! They got us covered for extra beds and amenities. The design was seriously Instagram-worthy – everything looked amazing in photos. Plus, having a pool table and sliders on hand kept the entertainment flowing. It's just that the location is a bit away from the main town center. But for a group like ours who wanted to hang out and party in private, it was actually perfect.
