This pool villa in Pattaya was the ultimate party pad for our friend group of 10! They got us covered for extra beds and amenities. The design was seriously Instagram-worthy – everything looked amazing in photos. Plus, having a pool table and sliders on hand kept the entertainment flowing. It's just that the location is a bit away from the main town center. But for a group like ours who wanted to hang out and party in private, it was actually perfect.
We did a lot of research on family suite, penthouses in Phuket before booking this one, and let me tell you, the views and price blew the competition out of the water (pun intended)! This beachfront penthouse was an absolute steal. The entire space was beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of cozy comfort and modern luxury. It felt incredibly private and quiet, yet still offered access to great common facilities like a pool and jacuzzi. Honestly, for the price, it felt like a steal! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this penthouse to anyone.
The spacious garden provided plenty of room for the kids to run and play, while the stunning oceanfront pool kept them entertained for hours. Everything felt brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We loved the quiet location, yet it was still close to many delicious local restaurants. It truly had everything our family needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay – highly recommend it!

Highly recommended! Beachfront and New just like photos
Obsessed with this beachfront villa and I surely gonna come back. We couldn't believe the price for such an experience. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was pure paradise – perfect for those Insta-worthy moments. Everything felt brand new and modern, and the overall vibe was super chill and relaxing. The service was absolutely top-notch, making our entire stay effortless. We had the best time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beachfront escape!

Love beach access and location in Rawai, just not for party group
We had a great stay. The price was fantastic, especially considering the spacious layout and pool. It felt more like a big house than a traditional villa, but that offered a unique charm. While it wasn't directly on the beachfront, access to the beach was still super convenient. Though it's important to note that the area is very quiet at night, so loud noise wouldn't be tolerated. So not for the party.
